·       White Scar Cave Ltd operates a policy of NO REFUNDS for tickets purchased online.

·       Tickets may be transferred to a different date, only if water levels within the cave system prevent tours taking place.

·       Your booking confirmation is your proof of purchase, which must be shown upon entry. If you do not receive your booking confirmation, please send an email to info@whitescarcave.co.uk.

·       Please note that we do allow small dogs into the cave, however they must be carried through the entirety of the tour. All Well behaved dogs are permitted On-Site & in the café.
